Alcohol Inks and Ink Doodles

Alcohol inks is my art therapy. I am literally inspired by the flow and colors of the inks. I let the inks take me where they want to go. Sometimes when I see something, I’ll add an ink doodle to the piece. Other times, I invite the viewer to make their own interpretation.

Oil Paintings

Oils are my favorite medium. I paint a variety of subjects with oil but tend to focus mainly on wildlife and figure/portraits. I take inspiration from great masters, such as Bouguereau, Waterhouse, Godwin, etc….

Pastels, pencils, and charcoal are mediums that I use to practice my drawing skills as I consider myself a painter. I believe you need a good foundation in drawing to improve as an artist.
